Thomas Stampff is Managing Director of Assenagon GmbH and Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Assenagon Group. He is responsible for the Group's Finance and Operations Division. At Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG (UniCredit Group) he was responsible, at the director level, for Coordination & Processes in HR in Markets & Investment Banking and acted as a business manager in Institutional Sales. Until 2004 he headed the network communication team and was responsible, as a project- and process manager, for various international integration projects. Following his apprenticeship as a bank clerk at Bayerische Landesbank, Thomas Stampff started his career with a traineeship in capital markets and training in foreign exchange trading at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG.

Rebekka Federholzner works in the Division of Identity, Events & Communications at Assenagon with responsibility for the layout and design of various publications and the organisation of events. Sabine Hilgner is Head of Identity, Events & Communications at Assenagon and responsible for the marketing activities, external communication as well as the external presentations of the business group. Until November 2007 she worked as a director at Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG (UniCredit Group) in the area of marketing and communications. She headed the Production Centre with sub-offices in Munich, London, Vienna and Milan. Her responsibility for corporate design guidelines of the International Investment Banking Division included advice on and implementation of top management presentations, development of layout standards as well as the set-up and rollout of the new brand "UniCredit Markets & Investment Banking" in 2006. She was jointly responsible for the planning and management of several major events and coordinated all advertising materials for the Division worldwide. From 1995 to 1998 she worked in the Investor Relations Department of Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG.

Dr. Dr. Heimo Plössnig is Head of Legal & Compliance of Assenagon. Prior to joining Assenagon in 2011, he held senior positions in Legal & Compliance with Bank Vontobel Österreich AG, Fidelity Investments Luxembourg SA and Aviva Investors Luxembourg. He started his career in Salzburg, Austria and moved via New York to Luxembourg which gives him more than eight years of experience in the financial sector industry. Heimo Plössnig is chairing the ALFI working group on PRIPs and he is member of the ALFI working groups on UCITS IV-KIID, AML, Solvency II and OTC Derivatives. He obtained a PhD in Law and a PhD in Economics/International Business from the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria.

Manuela Leindl is a member of the Assenagon team Identity, Events & Communications and responsible for the layout and design of a great variety of publications. Following her commercial apprenticeship, she worked in the Production Centre of the Markets & Investment Banking Division of Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG (UniCredit Group) until May 2009. She was responsible for layout conformity and the editing of client- and management presentations, research publications as well as the compilation of term sheets, brochures and invitations according to business requirements. She advised specialist departments concerning their public appearance and acted as a contact person, especially for questions in relation to implementation and layout.
