Silke Ballmann works in the Division of Portfolio Operations at Assenagon, where she is responsible for the reporting and the coordination with brokers. In addition, she handles the settlement of all trading transactions as well as the fund pricing control. After her banking traineeship at Sparkasse Eifel-Mosel-Hunsrück, she worked as junior customer consultant until May 2009, advising and servicing customers.

Denise Kremer is responsible for fund reporting at Assenagon in the Division of Portfolio Operations. Additional duties comprise e.g. the settlement of trading transactions, the control of fund pricing and the administration of invoices. When she started at Assenagon, Denise Kremer made her bachelor in investment banking. She made her bank training at WestLB International S.A. and worked at the depositary bank of DZ Bank International S.A., where the control of fund pricing and investment limits was part of her responsibilities.

Stefan Recktenwald works in the Division Portfolio Operations where he is responsible for the fund price control, broker reconciliation and trade settlement, among others. Before joining Assenagon he worked as Account Manager for Citco Fund Services (Luxembourg) S.A. where his tasks included overseeing fund accounting processes, FX hedging and portfolio reweighting. He graduated at the University of Trier (Diploma in Business Administration) and has spent his exchange studies in the International Business Master Program at the University of Maastricht (Netherlands). He gained first practical and professional experience during his studies through several Internships in Germany and abroad.

Michael Löb is Managing Director at Assenagon with responsibility for portfolio operations, risk measurement & control as well as registration and reporting. At Helaba Luxembourg he shared responsibility for the Division of Securities, Money and Foreign Exchange Handling. Thereafter he headed the Division of Controlling Fund Prices and Fund Compliance as part of the deposit banking function at DZ Bank International S.A. He furthermore was project leader of a concept study on "Process improvement and implementation of a new inventory managing deposit banking system".

Currently he is studying mathematics with minor subject finance at the University of Trier. During his studies, he gained first practical and professional experience through several internships in Luxembourg.

Dirk Helbrück works in the Portfolio Operations Department where he is responsible for the NAV control, broker reconcilation and the trade settlement among others. Before joing Assenagon he worked in the pricing department and as team leader fund accounting for Unico Financial services. From 2001 until 2009 he was one of the responsibles for the centralisation of the pricing task with Dresdner Bank Luxembourg. From 2008 onwards he was there responsible as a team leader for the Market Information-Structured Products Group until he moved to State Street Bank Luxembourg in 2009. There he worked until 2011 as Client Group Manager and was in charge of the fund accounting of a few clients.

Michael Zeiger holds a senior position in the Portfolio Operations Department of Assenagon. His responsibilities include in particular the posting of business incidents, fund pricing control, collateral management as well as the balancing of open OTC positions. Before joining Assenagon, the trained banker worked for Fleming Fund Management (today JPMorgan) in the Transfer Agency Department. He was also customer service officer and key account manager at Clearstream Banking S.A from 1999 until 2004. Afterwards he was responsible for the acquisition of new customers at attrax S.A., where he built up the team on migrations and depository realignment.
