Assenagon further expands sales team - Marc Fankhauser joins the Swiss office

The independent asset manager Assenagon is further expanding its sales capacities and continuously strengthening its sales team. Marc Fankhauser has been working as Sales Director at the Zurich office since October 1, 2024. The investment analyst will focus on supporting and advising German-speaking clients in Switzerland. He works in Assenagon's Swiss office in Zurich and reports directly to Matthias Kunze, Head of Distribution and Member of the Management Board at Assenagon.

With his experience in client service and in the management of complex financial solutions, most recently at Evooq and previously at Bank Vontobel, as well as his qualification as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Fankhauser has excellent qualifications for supporting demanding clients.

Marc Fankhauser is already the fifth new hire in Assenagon's sales department this year. "With the expansion of our sales team, we are not only underlining the increased need for qualified support for our customers, but also the positive development of the company and its continuous expansion in a highly competitive market," adds Matthias Kunze.
