Assenagon Events
Just in time for Assenagon's tenth anniversary in the financial metropolis of Frankfurt, we moved into our new office there in the spring. We will be celebrating this event on August 27 in Frankfurt with good clients, long-standing business partners and everyone involved in the project.
In addition to inspiring conversations, a stimulating exchange with familiar and new faces from the industry and culinary highlights, there will also be an opportunity to visit our new office.

For the 17th time, the Assenagon Fund Forum will take place in Munich, followed by a visit to the Oktoberfest. On September 25, the time has come.

Nena Brockhaus
Nena Brockhaus is a business journalist, television presenter, columnist, bestselling author and political commentator. After studying at Maastricht University, she graduated from the Georg von Holtzbrinck School of Journalism and published her first book ‘Unfollow’ at the age of 26. Her first book entered the top ten of the SPIEGEL bestseller list as soon as it was published.
Bastian Kunkel
Bastian Kunkel runs Germany's largest independent insurance channels on YouTube, Instagram and TikTok under the brand name ‘Versicherungen mit Kopf’, with over 850,000 followers. There he explains the complex world of insurance – mainly in video form.
Thomas Romig
Thomas Romig is Managing Director of Assenagon Asset Management S.A. and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Multi Asset. Prior to this, he was Head of Multi Asset Management at Union Investment. In this position, he was responsible for more than ten billion euros in various multi-asset investment strategies. Major rating companies have repeatedly recognised the outstanding performance of the funds for which Romig is responsible with international ratings, awards and prizes.
Robert Van Kleeck
As Head of Credit Portfolio Management, Robert Van Kleeck is responsible for Assenagon's credit and infrastructure portfolios. He has over ten years of experience in credit fixed income portfolio management, including six years at Assenagon. Previously, he worked as Senior Portfolio Manager and Fixed Income Strategist at the British private bank Brown Shipley, as well as four years at PIMCO Europe. Robert Van Kleeck holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Oxford University.
Assenagon is organizing this exclusive event on current topics from the world of finance in Switzerland for the 14th time. In addition to informative presentations and discussions, there will be an exciting exchange with speakers and guests over a cozy lunch.
For this forum, we were able to win neuroscientist Pascal Kaufmann as a speaker.
The event will take place on March 24, 2026 at the Club Baur au Lac in Zurich.

Pascal Kaufmann
Pascal Kaufmann is a neuroscientist, entrepreneur and one of the leading minds in the field of artificial intelligence. After studying at ETH Zurich and Northwestern University, he conducted research at the University of Zurich's AI Laboratory on the interface between machines and the brain.
He is the founder of tech companies such as AlpineAI, Starmind, the Mindfire Foundation and the global AI laboratory Lab42.
Robert Van Kleeck
As Head of Credit Portfolio Management, Robert Van Kleeck is responsible for Assenagon's credit and infrastructure portfolios. Assenagon at Industry Fairs
In September, decision-makers from the most important asset management companies will once again meet in Munich – at the traditional Nockherberg.
In addition to exciting keynote speeches, visitors can also expect 15-minute short presentations at the market stands, which are directly integrated into the exhibition area.

Prior to joining Assenagon, he worked as a derivatives trader at Credit Suisse in the Global Arbitrage Trading (GAT) division, where he focused on developing systematic arbitrage strategies in the area of implied equity volatilities.
